Yes, every watch at Element iN Time NYC is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Our in-house experts thoroughly inspect and verify the provenance and condition of every piece before it is listed for sale.
What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
We offer secure, fully insured overnight shipping via FedEx for all domestic orders. For international shipments, we use reliable couriers with full insurance coverage to ensure your timepiece arrives safely.
Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned watches?
Most of our watches come with a one-year limited warranty from Element iN Time NYC, covering mechanical defects. If the watch is still under the original manufacturer's warranty, that coverage will also apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and various financing options through Affirm. Please note that for high-value transactions, bank wire transfers are often the preferred and fastest method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-day inspection period for all online purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may return the watch in its original, unworn condition for a full refund, minus shipping and insurance costs.
