At Element iN Time NYC, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our luxury timepieces with a 7-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all accompanying packaging, manuals, and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our client service team within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Place the timepiece and all original accessories, including the box and warranty papers, into a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Insured Shipping
Ship the package back to our New York City showroom using a trackable, fully insured courier service; the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the item for original condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
